Cerin\u021be esen\u021biale privind calitatea<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong><b>1.1 Toleran\u021b\u0103 zero pentru microorganisme<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Furnizarea de ap\u0103 \u00een situa\u021bii de urgen\u021b\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie supus\u0103 unei dezinfec\u021bii stricte. \u00cen probele de ap\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 se detecteze coliforme totale \u0219i Escherichia coli, iar num\u0103rul total de bacterii nu trebuie s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 100 CFU\/mL.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>1.2 Indica\u021bii senzoriale \u0219i chimice<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Turbiditatea trebuie s\u0103 fie \u22645 NTU, cromaticitatea nu trebuie s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 20 de grade, iar niciun miros sau mi\u0219care neobi\u0219nuit\u0103 nu este permis\u0103.
